Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on bus4b, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bus4b strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register Player Accounts.
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by national law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bus4b or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. bus4b reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all balances in such Accounts, and permanently ban the Player involved.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a valid email address, a verified Indonesian mobile number, and a date of birth consistent with your identity documents. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bus4b is not liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bus4b will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify bus4b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to KYC clearance and any applicable withdrawal conditions. bus4b reserves the right to retain funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct pending investigation.

bus4b is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification is mandatory and non-negotiable. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is completed.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC, you must submit clear, unobstructed scans or photographs of:

• Primary ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent (within 3 months) utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and address. Your KTP address is accepted if the document is current.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your name and account number).

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 hours of document submission during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Documents submitted outside these hours will be reviewed the following business day. During peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), processing may take up to 48 hours.

4.3 Right to Request Additional Information

bus4b reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during an active withdrawal request or if unusual account activity is detected. The Platform may suspend withdrawals during an enhanced due-diligence review without prior notice.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bus4b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

bus4b does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable bank processing fees.

5.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 via bank transfer and Rp 20.000 via e-wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced review. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within 5 minutes under normal network conditions. bus4b is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification (see Clause 4).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your bus4b Account.
• Verified withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following operating window.
• bus4b reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

5.4 Chargebacks & Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against bus4b through your bank or payment provider while your Account remains open — or while a withdrawal of equivalent funds is available — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. bus4b reserves the right to suspend your Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of any funds reversed in bad faith.

bus4b offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the combined Bonus Funds amount (e.g., a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rp 10.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). The contribution of each game type toward wagering requirements is as follows unless the promotion specifies otherwise:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sportsbook bets (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution
• Video Poker & Domino QQ: 20% contribution
• Crash games: 50% contribution

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period stated on the promotion page — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue — will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.3 One Bonus per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once, or claiming multiple promotions using different Accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and is a serious breach of this Agreement (see Clause 8).

6.4 bus4b's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

bus4b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith will have their wagering requirements honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bus4b are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. bus4b will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of a Player's error, change of mind, or misunderstanding of odds format.

7.2 Sportsbook

Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia matches — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void selection will reduce the accumulator by one leg and recalculate the odds accordingly. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the handicap line displayed at the time the bet was placed.

7.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, bets already placed and confirmed at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome. bus4b's liability is limited to the return of the confirmed stake where a round cannot be completed due to a studio-side technical failure.

7.4 Slots & Instant Win Games

All slot titles on bus4b use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot represents a theoretical long-run average, not a guarantee of individual session returns.

7.5 Void Bets

bus4b reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a system error; (b) the event was cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to determine a result under the applicable sport rules; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or integrity violation; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of this Agreement. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bus4b Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (see Clause 3.1).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written consent from bus4b.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, structuring bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (arbitrage abuse), and coordinating with other Players to claim bonuses collectively.
• Placing bets on both outcomes of the same event across multiple Accounts (matched betting with the intent to exploit bonus terms).
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that bus4b reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

bus4b is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

All content on the bus4b Platform — including but not limited to the bus4b brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of bus4b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bus4b.

Game content (including slot titles, live casino interfaces, and crash game assets) is owned by the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — and is licensed to bus4b for display on the Platform. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective studio at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bus4b's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bus4b shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind, whether foreseeable or not.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, bank system outages (including downtime at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any e-wallet provider), or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government action, acts of war, or any event beyond bus4b's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, including odds, match schedules, or game information.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

bus4b collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and KYC in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, KTP number, address, email, mobile number, and payment details — is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. bus4b does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and licensed game studios to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Stored data is protected by industry-standard security measures. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting bus4b at [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

bus4b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, or bonus wagering terms — bus4b will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Closing your Account in response to an amendment will not result in forfeiture of a verified real-money Balance.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms & Conditions were last updated. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which bus4b operates.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact bus4b's support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of Account and transaction disputes are resolved within 72 hours of initial contact. Please include your Account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation in your initial message.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process within 14 days, you may escalate it to a formal written complaint addressed to the bus4b Compliance Team at the email address above. bus4b will acknowledge your formal complaint within 5 business days and provide a final determination within 28 business days of receipt.

14.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the Platform must be notified to bus4b within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims notified after this period will not be considered.
